How does delivery work?
Standard delivery is R85 Nationwide, and FREE of charge for all orders over R850
How does delivery work?
As soon as an order is confirmed we begin the process of getting your order packed and dispatched. A confirmation email with a tracking number is then sent to each customer once the parcel has been collected by our courier. The number can be used to track the parcel at any time within the delivery process.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver countrywide throughout South Africa! From major cities to the smallest of rural locations.
When can you expect your order?
The below time frames are our average delivery times. If you have an urgent order, please contact us and we'll do all that we can to deliver it as soon as possible.
Main Cities
Parcels will normally reach you within 4-7 working days.
Should there be any delays, we will be in touch.
Regional Areas (locations outside of major cities and metropolises)
The parcel will arrive at your chosen location within 5 working days once it has been collected by our courier
Remote Areas (areas located in an isolated location, far from major cities or towns)
Couriers tend to visit remote areas on particular days of the week so once your order is confirmed we'll dispatch it and it can take anywhere between 3-7 working days.
** PLEASE NOTE ** Couriers may be delayed by long weekends, holidays and during big Sales.
